Chantal ceramics are designed of high quality stoneware that is durable enough to be used in the oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher.Created by Chantal, these handsome little prep bowls are the sort of kitchen staple home cooks reach for every day. Designed for holding spices and ingredients in the kitchen or at the table, the bowls are fashioned with deep sides and a slightly thick rim that is easy to hold with wet hands. As a bonus, the bowls' durable stoneware material also lets them double as individual baking or chilling pieces. Finished with glossy glazing that is free of lead and cadmium, the bowls do not react with food and stand up to the rigors of daily use. Measuring 8 ounces in capacity, they come in a set of four, clean up in the dishwasher, and are available in a variety of fun colors.
