This skillet is just wonderful. I've been cooking many years and this is the very best non-stick skillet! It requires lower temperatures. It really heats up quickly and evenly. I love the fact you can also use it in the oven. I'm glad it has the helper handle because it is heavy. You need to hand wash this item. It cleans up in a jiffy. This skillet will last a lifetime.
