Customer Review: A Great Teapot for Smaller Quantities of Hot Water

Best teapot I've ever owned. It's just the right size for a one person tea drinker. It could even be smaller, but compared to normal sized teapots, this one is great and I'm keeping it. Soon after I received the teapot, the metal trim at the pouring spout came off. I contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent me another brand new teapot and did not want the defective one returned...so now I guess I have some spare parts. If you are a 1-2 cup tea drinker...this is the teapot for you. Don't think because I had a problem with it that it is not a quality item. It is a very fine teapot.
